Transpiration helps to cool plants down, and it also helps them to get rid of waste products. Just like you and me, plants sweat as well. Having enough water will allow this to happen and prevent them from drying out.
Nutrients
Water is the most important nutrient for plants. It is also the most important nutrient for humans. Plants need water to grow and produce food, while humans need water to survive. The distribution of nutrients in plants is different from that in animals. Plants have a vascular system that transports water and nutrients from the roots to all parts of the plant, while animals have a circulatory system that transports blood throughout their bodies.
